    Eh...

    October 8, 2009
With a classic like 10 things I hate about you.
you really can't just make a tv show out of it.
nothing will be as good as the movie.
I'm not saying the show is bad, but they should've and could've had the same basic plot line with a different name and characters, and it would've been better.
I hate that they just copied it.

    Happily Surprised

    September 1, 2009
When I saw previews for the show, and even after the first episode, I was ready to dismiss it as just another stupid teenage comedy. I'm glad I kept watching, because it is actually very funny and the characters have been developed into real living breathing people that you care about. I am pleasantly surprised that I was wrong with my first instinct. The acting is quite good (especially the actress who plays Bianca) and the writing is clever and funny.

10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU OVERVIEW

    August 19, 2009
it is so good i really do like the various and diverse cast members in the show. they realistically portray high school students today of the 21st century. Megan Martin from Camp Rock is excellent and thank god she landed a role in this show with the arguably brilliant lindsey shaw. Things heat up pretty fast and is definetly
    hi-larious!

    Really, really amazing.

    August 16, 2009
Alright. The mere fact that I actually watch this show is amazing. As a rule, I pretty much hate anything ABC family produces. But this show....is genius. Cheesy level is at an all time low for the channel. The actors are fantastic, and the writing is great. What they can fit into 22 minutes is amazing.

Lindsey Shaw was a pleasant surprise as Kat. After her Ned's Declassified character, I kind of forgot about her. I don't say this much, but she is an amazing actress. Funny, and totally believable. She never seems wooden, like most abc stars(*cough* Secret Life*cough*)

Ethan Peck, as Patrick, was a surprise as well. And a good one, at that. I read reviews on the website before watching it, with people gushing about him(...like a certain Twilight star we never seem to stop hearing about). I was set to hate him, and the character, but he is fantastic. It will certainly be interesting seeing his character develop over the series, and I think he's a good enough actor to make it believable.

The others in the cast are great as well. Larry Miller....is hilarious. Nicholas Braun as Cameron was perfect casting. Yes, he does get irritating. And maybe a little creepy. But Braun pulls it off, making him seem somewhat likeable. Meaghan Jette Martin is the perfect Bianca. And Dana Davis will never seem like anyone but Chastity if I ever see her in anything else in the future.

All in all, a fantastic show. Yes, it is different from the movie. But that's ok. I'm glad, even. Love the movie, but if the show was just like it, we would know exactly how it ends. And what would the fun be in that?

    Totally recommend.
