'Nip/Tuck': The Show's Most Insane Moments Ever

Over the past five-plus years, "Nip/Tuck" has taken audiences places that no other show would ever dream of, and helped put FX on the map with its headline-grabbing shockers. With the show's final season now underway, we look back at some of the moments that left even the most jaded of TV watchers' jaws on the ground.
Christian Screws Gina to Death
Gina Russo was the most blatant personification of the show's sex-equals-death theme, first presented by her HIV-positive status, and then concluded by Christian having angry hate sex with her on a rooftop so violently that he accidentally pushed her off the ledge to her death.
Matt's Bad Choices
Every character on the show tends to choose terrible sexual partners, but Matt is possibly even worse than Christian, considering he's had confusing relationships with a transsexual cougar, sex with his half-sister, a lot of sex with Kimber on meth and sex with a vehement white supremacist played by Brittany Snow. Not sure which one was worse.
The Carver Revealed
Over the course of the second and third seasons, much of the show's plot revolved around the mysterious identity of The Carver, a serial rapist who turned out not only to be McNamara/Troy's newest surgeon, but also a genital-less product of incest.
Agent of Destruction
Sean's one-time talent agent Colleen's increased unpredictability and obsession with her favorite (and only) client lead her to stalk and then stab him repeatedly in the back in the Season 5 cliffhanger.
It's in the Bag
If there was any doubt at all that Christian is an unapologetic and disgusting misogynist, it was confirmed when he humiliated an overweight patient by agreeing to sleep with her only if she kept a paper bag over her head.
Rosie O'Donnell Pays Christian for Sex
Technically, this scene was tame by "Nip/Tuck" standards, but still...
Meat-Saw Mastectomy
When Christian refused to remove a woman's breasts simply because she feared she'd develop breast cancer in the future, she took matters into her own hands with a motorized saw in the McNamara/Troy waiting room – scarring both herself and us for life.
Accidents Happen
After all the graphic surgeries and gruesome violence we've witnessed on this show, somehow the Season 5 scene in which Sean's girlfriend takes a few too many laxatives before getting into a hot tub -- with predictable results -- is still hands down the ickiest thing that's ever happened in the show's history.
