Law & Order Executive Producer Spills on Jon & Kate-Inspired Episode
They've been featured on countless talk shows and magazine covers as well as their own TLC program. Now the Gosselins are serving as the inspiration for "Law & Order's" Oct. 16 episode.
The episode titled "Reality Bites" (not to be confused with the 1994 movie about Gen Xers) focuses on the star of "Larry Plus 10," a "Jon & Kate Plus Eight"-type reality show about a dad raising 10 adopted special-needs children after his wife is killed.
"It seems to be coming at a good time," "Law & Order" executive producer Rene Balcer tells TVGuide.com. "Aside from people being amused, bemused, disgusted and shocked at their exploits, [people] are probably looking for some other perspective on it." >>Read the rest of the story

The Office
'The Office': A Nice Day for a Strange Wedding
As we've said before, Jim and Pam both have jerky tendencies, but together, they somehow work. Last night's big "Office" wedding episode really illustrated that.
After a gross prologue involving almost the entire staff vomiting at the their desks (kicked off by Pam's morning sickness in reaction to Dwight's hard-boiled egg lunch), the future Mr. And Mrs. Halpert called a meeting in the conference room about the wedding, and she basically told people to behave themselves or not to come. But didn't she know Michael had decreed that attending the wedding was mandatory somewhere along the line?
At least two nights in a hotel and a five-hour drive is a lot to have forced upon someone, so maybe she didn't need to be so rude. Maybe the economy is getting to me, but I didn't feel a whole lot of sympathy towards Pam as she headed off for her nuptials. >>Read the rest of the story
