I am die-hard conservative, but I watch Chris Matthews to see what the Left has to say. I find Matthews to be mostly fair with his criticisms of politicians both conservative and liberal. Being that Matthews is to the left of center, you have to take his opinions with a grain of salt. Still, it is good to hear from his bleeding-heart liberal guests like the chief editor of the "Nation" magazine. That lady can't help herself.

If you really want good balance, watch Fox's Special Report with Brit Hume, then follow that with Chris Matthews. You will see how current politics are disected from two points of view. Stay away from Keith Overbite!!!

I think he is trying to distroy Clinton even before debates are started and when over he is all over her. We have watched him for years and somthing has changed with him for the worse. I 'm thinging he trying to get his ratings up, and i'm not only one who thinks this from conversations with other people. He is been acting like a kid trying to get his bias out there, it's to the point that we are turning channel. It be nice if he would come back to earth before he is of the air.

Chris is the "lead dog" of the news media attack dogs as the majority of the talking heads continue the "destroy Hillary" campaign. Oprah was hyped and followed in everything she did for Obama. Majic Johnson came to Iowa for Hillary-never mentioned and never shown. Chris whimpers and cries "dirty polotics" if anything critical of Obama is said by the Clintons. In fact most of what is being said about Obama is true. They just don't want to hear it made public.

Conversely the Bush campaign viciously and dishonestly destroyed to great American heros in the primaries and an American hero in Presidential ellection. Not only did the news media (talking heads) let them get away with it they perpetuated it with continually showing the vicious ads and basically helped destroy these great Americans chances of getting elected. What is being said about Obama is "kid stuff" compared to what they did as the media were just lap dogs.

It has gotten so bad that Chris sounds like the campaign manager for Obama even cutting off any guest that start to say anything good about Hillary or her campaign. He can't even talk about the Republicans without Obama's name slipping out periodically. IT HAS BECOME REDICULOUS!

I don't have anything against Obama but Hillary and Edwards are very good candidates and deserve a fair break from the press which Hillay and her campaign CERTAINLY are not getting at this time. Chris "nit picks" everything and every move Hillary makes and has nothing good to say about her as he tries in every way to make anything look devious or suspicious. He has obviously become so obsessed with trashing Hillary and Bill as one person told me he is beginning to look and sound like a psychopath.

It's hard to take him serious now with all his extreme bias but even more so when we know he voted for the man in the White House who has done so much damage to this country it may never recover completley from the damage already done.

All we viewers ask for is at least some level of fairness and not some high pitched voiced biased psycho screemer trying to destroy some one. We would like for Chris or someone in MSNB to tell us why he has such an obsession to trash the Clintons instead of run a show like he used to. Many people are saying just stack a cigar in his mouth and call him RUSH!

I watch just to see what inane or maliciolus thing you can say next. You top yourself almost every day. To not know what macaca means and never have heard it, yet be certain to attack a guy for saying it until he can't proceed anymore is insane. Yet to you it seems clever and cool. When you tried to insult the guy who brought his gun to a meeting site, he outdid you at every point simply because you are an idiot oblivious to yourself, and he wasn't an idiot. The examples are almost daily, and that's why I can rely on you to deliver on unimagineable statements almost every day. Thank you. You do need to let a real counterpoint arguer onto your show someday, like me, because there are so many arguments against your nonsensical lies and ideas than ever get to be aired against you on your program. Of course, your show is not called "debate" or "counterpoint" but "Hardball" andf you're the only pitcher. Sadly you are morally and intellectually half empty, and keep your show moving with your jabbering to hide the fact.
