The Roloffs are awesome!

I absolutely love this show, for so many reasons, I can't count! I raised 5 kids, and there is not ONE kid on this show who acts as obnoxious as most kids their age, and ALL are growing up to be really fantastic people. I love the different points of view we see. I am amazed at Matt... hope Amy realizes what a catch she has in him!
It's funny... but it is cool, too. This past summer when I took my 16 yr. old to the DMV, a dwarf in a wheelchair was there taking her picture. I didn't think a thing of it, except that she seemed like a really nice person. I know in the past, I would have been embarassed, not knowing how to treat her. Well, ya just treat them like every other person, cuz they ARE just like every other person. With the viewership so large, with this show, they are doing the whole world a favor by letting us into their lives. Dwarves can have people reacting to them like regular people, and we who are not little people know how to act... normally!
I just love this show because these people are SO interesting. It's the family I wish I had growing up! What a blast to live on that place, with their dad making sure every day is an adventure!
We don't just see their successes, we see their failures too. It's the most realistic family show I've ever seen. These people are so unaffected! So natural in front of the camera! I love seeing the mischief the kids can get up to. I love the dynamic between Matt and Amy, it's so typical of a long marriage (23 years for me).
Well let the good times roll, and I hope Matt continues his "mission"of keeping up with the magazine, , the access kits for hotels, his speeches, his excellent fathering and husbanding (lol, Amy), and I hope she keeps on letting him be him! (I'm sure his "ways" had a lot to do with why she married him in the first place).
Think of what networks pay people for hit shows... I hope you're paying them enough! I personally think it's the best show on ALL tv, and I don't miss a single episode, not even the reruns on other channnels!
THANK-you, TLC, and the Roloff family, for this wonderful show!
Sincerely,
Kerry Lyons
P.S. My daughter met Matt years ago when he spoke at Edinboro College, in Pennsylvania! She thought he was one of the coolest people she ever met, and the talk was great!
