Sam and Todd go on a double date with Andrea and her dream crush pro basketball player Tony Dane. But when Todd makes an awkward discovery about Tony that could doom the relationship, Sam decides to meddle in Tony's affairs in order to keep her friend from being hurt. Meanwhile, Dena asks for Regina's help when she inadvertently strikes up an online pen pal relationship with a lonely soldier and worries that boyfriend Chase may become jealous.
