The last four stylists get a big surprise during the challenge, when they find out their client isn t who they thought it would be, it s their identical twin. Only three stylists are left after the elimination challenge, where they create innovative, experimental hair styles that will be paired with outrageous designer clothes during a photo shoot with a big name celebrity photographer.
