Episode 3 Originally aired: April 8, 2002Alex's friends Stephanie and Sam move into the guest house to help the Bachelor decide which four bachelorettes should receive roses.

Episode 4 Originally aired: April 15, 2002Alex goes to the hometowns of the remaining bachelorettes to meet their families and close friends. At the rose ceremony, Kim is sent home.
