I cant believe people actually like this show!
I mean there are better shows in TBS, like Every Body Loves Raymond, or Family Guy, etc.
And are they really that desperate that they have to pause the show your watching. And remind you what time dose the show starts.
Come on people!!!!!!!

the Bill Engvall Show, while well produced, just isn't any good. This despite the awsome Nancy Travis, who is always worth watching. (There's a reason they called it Almost Perfect)

Bill, the writing is so pedestrian there's just no reason for thinking people to watch. We can watch Nancy on DVD. That said I hope the rest of america watches, because you seem like a nice guy.

Buy the way tell Nancy we love her.

The show is hilarious and the cast is great. Nancy Travis is the perfect choice for his wife and the kids are well typed also.
Like the show because it has a realistic spin on families today mixed with the humor. I compare it to the Cosby show because it depicts a complete family instead of single parenting. And because they actually care about each other and come together in the end as Cosby did. We need more sitcoms like this.

Bill Engvall is one of the funniest comics EVER - his humor is not redneck at all!! You must be confusing him with others in the Blue Comedy tour. He's up there with Bill Cosby, Billy Crystal and Robin Williams in my book. I couldn't wait to see his new show. And I haven't been disappointed! I literally laugh out loud. The writing so far has been great. The cast is terrific.
Nancy Travis has always been a great comic actress [loved her in Three Men and a Baby, and Becker] and she's the perfect match as wife of Engvall. The kids are a hoot.
So what is wrong with a sitcom with a family --- they are a staple of American television going back to Donna Reed, Ozzie and Harriett, and the Brady Bunch. All in the Family, Bill Cosby, Wonder Years, Everybody Loves Raymond, According to Jim, the Simpsons, and the hit list goes on...
I for one welcome a new funny sitcom instead of yet ANOTHER
"reality" show. About time some creativity and fresh material to look forward to that isn't blood and guts or eating bugs.

I think the Bill Engvall Show will really put him on the map and be a huge success IF word gets out about it and it continues with the superb writing.
This and Kyle XY are two shows I absolutely don't miss.
