The show is allowing Rosie to use it as a theater stage on which she can continue sniping Donald Trump without naming him and she can continue to fan the flames of this ongoing feud with him. Her tactics are nothing more than grade school level immaturity.

I am also EXTREMELY disappointed in Barbara Walters for responding with "that poor, pathetic man" when Rosie asked her what she thought today on the show (1/10/07). Barbara should have taken the higher road and responded with something like, "this is not the place to discuss this topic" and leave it at that.

Then Rosie launches into a speech about war.....and how she was 8 years old when the Vietnam war took place. I was so disgusted with the show by this point that I turned the tv off. I felt she was headed in a criticizing direction with regard to war in general and, particularly, the war in Iraq.

I lost my brother in Vietnam. I now have 3 sons, two of whom are Sheriff's Deputies who put their lives on the line every day and my youngest, 19 years old, is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal and is training and eager to go to Iraq....when he is called to go. War is terrible but TERRORISM is even worse. We should stand behind whatever decision our President makes and support our troops.........no matter what. My son is preparing to lay down his life for FREEDOM in Iraq and a goal of obliterating terrorism from the face of the earth. What? Are we supposed to sit back and watch as thousands of people get blown up by this evil minded fanatics or worse, be one of their victims? NO. God bless all of the men and women who serve now, have served in the past and especially to all those who have died in all the wars ever fought to ensure that Freedom does truly ring in the world. Rosie doesn't have a clue.

I do not know if Rosie was going to bash our President for planning on sending more men/women over there but.......................

I do not think the show should allow Rosie to have a stage upon which she can trash whomever she pleases and Barbara Walters follow along in her footsteps.

Donald Trump has accomplished great things. The only thing Rosie has ever done is sit on her butt and poke fun at people for a living. She sniped him about his show being "tanked" yet I don't see HER talk show on tv any longer. Poor ratings. She has no room to talk.

Get her OFF that show before she runs it right into the toilet and Barbara Walters can follow suit. I'm thoroughly disgusted.

Rosie is one of those people that likes to hear herself talk and she thinks she has the right to shove her "VIEW" down the throat of anyone that disagrees with her.
She has no concept of what a decent person is and it is ironic that she would suggest that someone else is lacking in moral fiber.
I am not surprised that Barbara Walters would have two stories about who said what to whom.
She is just covering her butt and thinks Donald’s scorn is the lesser of two evils.
There are millions of INTELEGENT WOMEN in the world that would be excellent replacements for Rosie on the View. It is time for her to go.

I have always liked The View however since Rosie has joined the show it's terrible. Elizabeth's voice doesn't even seem to exist. She is a breath of fresh air for the show but Rosie's mouth really screws that up. And Joy, well does she have a say so. Not only am I sick of hearing Rosie's opinion about her sexual preference and Donald but it seems as if she has to put her 2 cents worth in everyday concerning the war and our troups. What does she know
? Also, everytime Elizabeth speaks on this issue her view is always put down by Rosie. I agree with other comments, it seems as if The View has turned into The Rosie Show (Part Two) or should I say "NIGHTMARE ON WALTER STREET".
Elizabeth and Joy need to get out of there before their careers are destroyed or get rid of Rosie. Yes, I miss Star as well.

This show is the most awful show in daytime programming. Meredith and Star were so much fun to watch and I never missed it. It is just horrible with Rosie and Barbara. Cancel this show!
